(http://www.vehicletracking.com) announces that it has signed a strategic licensing agreement with Worthware Systems International Inc., developers of CellSell(R) (http://www.cellsell.com) software, to provide international licensees a fully integrated turnkey software solution deployed over the Internet. This agreement serves to meet Rankin''s commitment to provide its licensees with full support and seamless integration of the Boomerang(R) System in their market of distribution. The CellSell(R) software, recognized as the leading business software for the wireless industry, has been customized to meet the unique requirements of the Boomerang(R) System in all countries of distribution. It has been developed to provide support for all daily operations from customer activations and billing, to production, inventory, accounting and database management.
