MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Cervin Capital Corporation (the "Company"), a
Junior Capital Pool Corporation, is proud to announce that the
Company's Common Shares have commenced trading on the Alberta
Stock Exchange as of the opening of business on Tuesday, March
31st, 1998.

As of March 20th, 1998, the Company has completed its initial
public offering, through C.M. Oliver & Co., for 2,000,000 Common
Shares, at an offering price of $0.10 (CAN) per Common Share, the
whole pursuant to a Prospectus filed with the Alberta Securities
Commission. Following the public offering, 6,000,000 Common
Shares of the Company shall be issued and outstanding.

The net proceeds of the public offering, together with the net
proceeds stemming from by the Company's prior sales, approximately
$500,000.00 shall be used to provide the Company with a minimum of
funds which will be used to identify and evaluate properties and
businesses in Canada as well as to settle expenses incurred
pursuant to the public offering.
