(formerly Cervin Capital Corporation) today announced that, it has completed its Major Transaction and acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of R.A.N.K.I.N. Research Corporation. The Company has received the approval of the Alberta Stock Exchange to begin trading on Thursday, July 22, 1999 under the name Rankin Technologies Inc. The new ticker symbol for the Company is BMG.A, reflecting the identification with the Company's product, the "Boomerang". "We look forward to our future as a public company and to enhancing shareholder value through increased penetration of our Boomerang Tracking System in major North America markets." said Mr. Peter Lashchuk, President. The Company also announced the resignation of Mr. Paul-Andre Savoie as the President of its operating subsidiary, R.A.N.K.I.N. Research Corporation. Mr. Savoie will be pursuing other interests. Rankin Technologies Inc. markets and distributes the "Boomerang", a proprietary product utilizing technology patented by the Company. The Boomerang is the central device in a cellular-based asset tracking system capable of locating stolen automobiles, heavy equipment and valuable objects.
