“Sign up to WIN” PROMOTION
Promotion Rules
1. The Boomerang Tracking “Sign up to win” promotion runs from
April 21, 2005 to June 15, 2005 and from
August 15, 2005 to October 31, 2005.
ELIGIBILITY
2. This promotion is open to all Ontario residents, with the exception of employees, agents and representatives of Boomerang Tracking inc. ("Boomerang Tracking"), its subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising or promotional agencies, suppliers providing equipment, prizes and services in connection with this promotion and all other people directly linked to this promotion, as well as the members of their immediate family (father, mother, brothers, sisters, children), their legal or common law spouse, and all other people with whom these employees, representatives and agents reside. Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter this promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
3. Enter the required information on the Boomerang Promotional page located at

No purchase is required to participate in the promotion. Only one (1) entry per e-mail address is permitted every month. The promotion organizers reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to submit multiple entries.
PRIZE
4. The following prize will be awarded: One (1) Boomerang2 device including installation and service for one (1) year from installation date. One (1) draw will be done every thirty days during the duration of the Promotion.
DRAW
5. On a monthly basis, Boomerang Tracking will select, at its offices in Montreal, a random winner from all eligible entries received. The winner will be reached by email. Only one prize per person and per place of residence.
6. Odds of winning. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received by Boomerang Tracking.
GENERAL RULES
7. To be declared a winner, each contestant whose entry is randomly selected must comply with the following:
7.1 Promotion organizers must be able to reach the selected entrants via the email address submitted. Should this email address be invalid, the contestant’s entry will be disqualified and another eligible entry drawn in its place. The winners must provide their mailing address and telephone number where they can be reached during business hours.
7.2 A Boomerang Tracking inc. representative will contact the winner by telephone or by email.
7.3 The winner will receive his prize (in the form of a “Winner Letter”) by regular mail within the period of four (4) to six (6) weeks. Entrants who are not in compliance with the above mentioned promotion rules and regulations will be automatically disqualified, will not be eligible for a prize and a new entrant may be randomly selected until a selected entrant is reached.
8. All entries are subject to verification by the promotion organizers. All incomplete or fraudulent entries will be automatically rejected. The decisions taken by the promotion organizers are final and without possibility of appeal.
9. Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred to another person or substituted for another prize.
10. By entering this promotion, the winner authorizes the promotion organizers or those acting under their authority to use, if need be, their name, picture, image, statement related to the prize, place of residence and (or) voice for advertising purposes, without any form of remuneration.
11. By accepting its prize, the winner agrees to save and hold harmless Boomerang Tracking, its subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising and promotional agencies and their respective employees, agents and representatives from any liability or damages of any kind resulting from and arising out of their acceptance or usage of its prize.
12. The promotion organizers and the sponsors assume no responsibility for any malfunction or problems of any electronic component, any software or any telephone line regarding the loss or absence of network communication or any failing, incomplete, incomprehensible entry or entry deleted by any computer or any network, that may limit the possibility or prevent a person from taking part in the promotion. The promotion organizers and sponsors assume no responsibility for any damage or loss resulting or arising, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the forwarding of information pertaining to the promotion entry and the use of the opinion given by the entrants in their article.
13. The promotion organizers reserve the right, at their entire discretion, to cancel, close or suspend this promotion in whole in the event that a virus, computer bug, non authorized human intervention or any other cause beyond the control of the promotion organizers could interrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal operation of the promotion.
