Mr. Boulay is responsible for
research and development, manufacturing and
new product development for Boomerang Tracking
Inc. He also ensures that Boomerangs location
technology remains superior. Mr. Boulay is one
of Boomerangs original founders and took
part in the initial design of the companys
flagship product. To date he has developed a
second generation Boomerang device. He has been
instrumental in developing installation standards
and is in the process of developing a third
generation Boomerang system.

In
addition to being a member of the board of Boomerang
Tracking Inc., Mr. Laurin is a Member of the
Board of Quebecor, Microcell, Desjardins Financial,
Aeterna Laboratories, ProCrea and many charitable
organizations. Mr. Laurin has pursued a successful
career in the business and academic worlds,
and was previously Vice-Chairman of Merrill
Lynch Canada and Dean of HEC.

As
President of the Company, Mr. Lashchuk is responsible
for its overall strategic direction and management.
His initiatives have included driving the expansion
of the Company into new markets, specifically
the U.S. and overseeing new product development.
Mr. Lashchuk has also been instrumental in securing
business relations with Bell Mobility on behalf
of Boomerang Tracking Inc. Mr. Lashchuk has
more than 15 years of management experience
in the wireless industry. Before joining the
Company in 1996, Mr. Lashchuk was president
of Cellular One Inc., a privately-owned chain
of four retail cellular stores. In 1997, Cellular
One was one of two companies chosen by Bell
Mobility to launch Total Com, the first retail
store in Canada combining Bell Canada and Bell
Mobilitys available services in a single
location.

Chairman, Equirex Leasing Corporation
A
Harvard University MBA graduate, Mr. Nadler
is Chairman of Equirex Leasing Corporation.
He has previously held offices as President
and CEO of Canadelle (Wonderbra), the largest
and most successful women's intimate apparel
company in Canada, as well as Chairman of Bali
Brassiere (USA). He has also operated his own
Management Consulting firm and taught business
strategy at McGill University, Faculty of Management
as a part-time auxiliary Professor.

Since
June 1993, Mr. Nelson has been the President
of Automobility Distribution Inc., a privately
owned distributor of remote control car starters
and vehicle anti-theft devices. Mr. Nelson has
been active in the vehicle security business
since 1987. Automobility provided the initial
capital to complete R&D and the initial
product launch for Boomerang Tracking Inc. Automobilitys
existing distribution network of over 900 installation
store fronts across Canada was, and has been,
an excellent vehicle to take Boomerang to the
retail marketplace.

Vice President, Business Market and Sales, Bell
Mobility
Holding
a diploma in administration from the University
of Laval, Mr. Rousseau has more than 20 years
of managerial experience with Bell Canada. A
prominent businessman, Mr. Rousseau serves as
Vice President, Business Market and Sales at
Bell Mobility, a division of Bell Canada that
offers a variety of wireless telelcommunication
solutions. In this position, he is responsible
for the strategic planning and maintenance related
to major account acquisition including sales
activities and corporate program development.
