Changes to Boomerang Tracking’s Board of Directors

Boomerang Tracking Inc. (TSX: BMG) is proud to announce the election of Mr. Lawrence Nadler to the Company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Nadler was elected during the Company’s 2003 Annual Shareholders’ meeting held yesterday morning in Montreal.

A Harvard University MBA graduate, Mr. Nadler is Chairman of Equirex Leasing Corporation. He has previously held offices as President and CEO of Canadelle (Wonderbra), the largest and most successful women’s intimate apparel company in Canada, as well as Chairman of Bali Brassiere (USA). He has also operated his own Management Consulting firm and taught business strategy at McGill University, Faculty of Management as a part-time auxiliary Professor.

“Mr. Nadler’s significant depth and breadth of expertise will be a strong asset to Boomerang Tracking,” said Peter Lashchuk, President and CEO. “The management team looks forward to his insight and strategic counsel as we focus on expanding our business into the United States.”

In related matter, Mr. Lashchuk announced the resignation of Mr. Réné Branchaud from the Board.
