MONTREAL, QUEBEC--Due to market activity and following a request by The Alberta Stock Exchange, Cervin Capital Corporation, is announcing that there is no new material information to disclose at this time. Cervin is presently working towards the realisation of a Major Transaction with Rankin Research Corporation ("Rankin"). All normal, necessary and preliminary procedures are in process in order to complete the Major Transaction. Rankin is actually developing its Boomerang corporate sales force in it's current sales territory, Quebec and Ontario. Non-retail clients, such as car rental companies, insurance underwriters and transport fleet operators have not yet been actively perused. We are confident this new sales target and strategy will be very profitable for Rankin.
