Boomerang Tracking Inc. (TSX: BMG) is proud to announce the election of Mr. Claude Rousseau and Mr. Michel Brűlé to the Company’s Board of Directors. These members were elected during the Company’s 2002 Annual Shareholders’ meeting held this morning in Montreal.
A graduate in Administration from the University of Laval and a prominent businessman, Mr. Rousseau serves as Vice-President, Business Market and Sales, at Bell Mobility Inc., a division of Bell Canada offering a variety of wireless telecommunication solutions. In this position, he is responsible for the strategic planning and management related to major account acquisition including sales activities and corporate program development.
An electrical engineering graduate of Ottawa University (MSc) and founder of six profitable high-tech firms, Mr. Brűlé has led a fast-paced career combining technical expertise and business knowledge, with a focus in development and management of commercial projects in emerging high-tech sectors. In addition, his 30 years of engineering experience includes research and development in such areas as GPS (Global Positioning System) technologies.
“On behalf of the entire Board, I would like to welcome Claude and Michel and am confident that their presence will be very beneficial to Boomerang Tracking,” stated Peter Lashchuk, President and CEO.
In related matter, Mr. Lashchuk announced the resignation of two Directors from the Board, namely Mr. Érik Péladeau and Mr. André Tremblay.
