Vamello Dominicana has paid a non-refundable deposit in exchange for the opportunity to distribute the Boomerang. With Headquarters in the Dominican Republic, Vamello Dominicana has strong ties with the Wireless Industry in that country. On average, there are 600,000 new vehicles sold annually in the Dominican Republic with a theft rate of 37 cars per day in Santa Domingo alone. COMPANY BACKGROUND Rankin Technologies Inc. markets and distributes the Boomerang, a proprietary product utilizing technology patented by the Company.
