A Boomerang car protection system lead police to the corner of Richard and Melbourne in Chomedey, where a stolen 2000 Dodge Neon was recovered. Police put the car under surveillance and arrested the 43-year-old thief - who hails from St-Lin - when he returned to the car to drive away with it.
