As President of Boomerang Tracking Corporation Peter Lashchuk is responsible for the overall strategic direction and management of the Company.

Since joining the Company, his initiatives have included driving the expansion of the Company into new markets, specifically the United States, and overseeing new product development. Mr. Lashchuk has also been instrumental in securing business relations with various wireless carriers.

He has more than 15 years of management experience in the wireless and telecommunications industries. Before joining Boomerang Tracking in 1996, Mr. Lashchuk was president of Cellular One Inc., a privately-owned chain of several retail cellular stores.

BEATE LYMANTAS
Executive Director

Beate Lymantas is Boomerang Tracking Corporation's Executive Director. She serves as the liaison between the U.S. and Canadian executive teams ensuring consistency, information flow and the allocation of necessary resources. Her responsibilities include involvement in planning, operations and human resource issues. Ms Lymantas is the primary contact with our wireless network partner, and manages company policies and procedures in alignment with corporate culture, as well as efficient coordination of inter-company travel.

Previous to joining Boomerang Tracking, Beate Lymantas served a fourteen-year tenure as Vice-President of Cellular One, a successful cellular retail chain. Her dedication and drive contributed to Cellular One's high-ranking position among cellular dealers across Canada. Her well-rounded business experience also includes banking, advertising and real estate.

Her many years of business acumen makes her an invaluable resource for the continuing smooth operation between Boomerang Tracking's international divisions.

JOHN H. HAZELRIGG CLU, CPCU
Director of Insurance

John Hazelrigg is Director of Insurance for Boomerang Tracking Corporation and is managing the relationships with major Insurance Companies in the United States. His primary mandate is educating insurance company executives in applying Boomerang Tracking's technology to positively affect the loss ratios related to automobile theft.

Hazelrigg brings more than thirty years of insurance experience to the organization. He has held positions including claims adjuster for MIC as well as multiple management and executive positions throughout his twenty-five years carrier with Allstate Insurance Company. Hazelrigg established and operated a very successful life insurance company during the 5 years he served as Vice President of the Automobile Club of Southern California.

Mr. Hazelrigg holds the accreditations Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter.

GySgt ROBERT A. SCHWEITZER USMC Ret.
Director of Tracking and Recovery Services

Robert Schweitzer holds the position of Director of Tracking and Recovery Services for Boomerang Tracking Corporation. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Service, Mr. Schweitzer provides technical as well as operational support and is responsible for tracker training, installer certification, installation audits, and law enforcement agency liaisons in the U.S.A. and Mexico. He is also the primary tracker for the U.S. business operation.

Mr. Schweitzer brings with him to Boomerang Tracking Corporation over 22 years of technical as well as tactical experience worldwide, from his service with the United States Marine Corps. Schweitzer's service includes experience as an Electronics Maintenance Manager, a Communications Security Manager, as well as a tour of duty supervising tactical intelligence systems support for a U. S. Marine Corps Intelligence Organization. His Military Police experience has proven a real asset in the area of law enforcement liaison, and as a Drill Instructor; he is no stranger to training operations. Schweitzer's overseas assignments add an international awareness to his business acumen.
